Works as advertised, but needs more!

I use this app often and would upgrade Instantly with $$ (up to $5) if only I could save my history for analysis! Would need:
- name of establishment and server, with optional notes.
- export CSV to a spreadsheet so I can work the data. Better still if one was integrated!
